I recently went to Madame Tussaud's London and I had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone who likes looking at celebrities. I went with my uncle, we got there at 9 am and it was packed! We spent a couple of hours there and I loved seeing all the celebrities and seeing which waxworks looked most like their celebrity. There are different sections when you go in: party, bollywood, music, sport, royals, culture and world leaders.
Here are some photos I took of the waxworks and me.
Robert Patterson |
He was the first waxwork I saw when I went in and I loved him in Harry Potter as Cedric Diggory.
Katniss Everdeen |
I am a fan of the Hunger games and when I saw Katniss Everdeen I fangirled and I had to have a photo.
The royal family
I saw this and had to take a photo, the waxworks are very good and look like the royal family.
One Direction |
One Direction are one of my favourite bands. I saw them back in 2013 when they first came to Madame Tussaud's and I saw them again. I had to have another photo with my favourite member, Niall Horan.
Freddie Mercury
I had to have a photo of Freddie Mercury as he is an iconic person and I like queen's music.
The beatles |
The beatles are an iconic band and I had to have a photo with them and I enjoy some of their music
Emma Watson |
I love Emma Watson and is one of my favourite actress'. She does an amazing job in Harry Potter. I was only disappointed that it wasn't the real Emma Watson. She is an inspiration to me and I have looked up to her playing Hermione and I always wanted to be her.
Leonardo DiCaprio |
I love him in Titanic and I had to take a photo of him. I can't believe he has only won 1 Oscar in his life.
Morgan Freeman |
Morgan Freeman is an amazing actor and I wouldn't mind if he narrated my life!
Benedict Cumberbatch |
Benedict Cumberbatch is one of my favourite actors. I love him in Sherlock and I would love to meet him in real life and tell him how much I admire him.
After you see the waxworks, there is a Sherlock Holmes live performance where you look for Sherlock. It is £5 per person and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a London ride where you ride a London taxi, a 4D Marvel film and there was also a star wars exhibition at the end, I didn't enjoy but if you like star wars you will.
I had a great time at Madame Tussaud's and I would recommend it to anyone. The tickets are a bit expensive for anyone on a low income. They are £29 per adult and £24 per child and you pay for anything else.
